Terms & Conditions — 66ep

By completing the 66ep registration process, accessing your account, placing a bet, participating in a game, claiming a bonus, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These terms apply to all products and services offered through the 66ep platform, including but not limited to: cricket betting and PSL markets, live casino games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), online slots, instant games, Ludo Quick, boxing betting, and all promotional offers issued by 66ep.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 66ep. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and use the 66ep platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and no exceptions apply. 66ep complies with international gaming license standards and enforces age verification rigorously.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 66ep or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of 66ep or its technology and game providers.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 66ep platform. Should duplicate accounts be identified, 66ep reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

Once your 66ep account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times. 66ep will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify 66ep support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of the devices used to access 66ep, including keeping software and operating systems updated and free from malware.
• You must update your account information promptly should any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or banking details.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your 66ep account.

66ep shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials or where the Player has knowingly or negligently shared their credentials with a third party.

All financial transactions on the 66ep platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 66ep supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. 66ep charges no fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three hours depending on the banking channel.
• Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same day in most cases.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 500 for bank transfers.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible or subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Withdrawals are subject to verification. 66ep may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above defined thresholds.
• 66ep reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending resolution of any active investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is issued.

• Bonuses are available to players who have reached the age of 21 and have completed identity verification where required.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus terms at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

All games offered through the 66ep platform — including slots, live casino tables, instant games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the relevant game provider. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, 66ep reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's account.

All slot and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel. 66ep does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting odds on 66ep — including all cricket and PSL markets — are set by 66ep's trading team and reflect the platform's assessment of probability at the time of publication. Odds are subject to change prior to bet settlement. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds available at the moment a bet is accepted are the odds that will be used for settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66ep platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or loopholes. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected platform error must be reported immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting bonus terms in ways clearly not intended by 66ep.
• Use of the 66ep platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 66ep staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 66ep platform — including but not limited to the 66ep brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, software, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66ep or its licensed game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 66ep platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the 66ep platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 66ep's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66ep and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 66ep platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or circumstances beyond 66ep's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Losses arising from technical errors in game software provided by third-party game studios, where 66ep has acted in good faith in respect of affected rounds.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the 66ep platform regarding odds, game rules, or promotional terms that were subsequently updated.
• Losses attributed to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 66ep's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

66ep is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively. Gaming at 66ep is intended solely for entertainment purposes.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years via the 66ep support team. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no logins, deposits, or gameplay will be permitted. Early termination of self-exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications showing the time elapsed and net win/loss position during a gaming session.

66ep reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or payment verification documentation within a reasonable time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal offence.
• Conduct that 66ep reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all pending verification checks. 66ep will not return funds where the account has been closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these terms.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting 66ep customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

66ep reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 66ep will provide reasonable notice to affected players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 66ep platform after an update to these Terms & Conditions has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 66ep customer support.

66ep operates under international gaming license standards. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 66ep holds its operating licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 66ep's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Details of the applicable ADR body are available from 66ep customer support.
